When it showed up, it was a bit too roomy for me, and I thought mediums were all sold out. But the team worked their magic, found one, and sent it my way quickly. It's fantastic, and I'm super satisfied with the jacket.

The jacket was way too tight and didn’t come with the separate waterproof storage bag. I didn’t get any replies to my emails. Sadly, they gave me a credit note that’s good for a year, but no refund when I sent the jacket back. I didn’t find anything useful or wanted to use the e-voucher. Such a letdown!

The strings on my jacket came off after just one day of wearing it, what a bummer.
